Ohanas started out on the corner of main street in Duncan. A small house used to sit vacant on the small alley that bore through the heart of antiquity in this town. Its stature was decrepit and overlooked; an eye sore and gem in the rough. We broke that building, brick by brick. Its stones are placed conspicuously in the turf at your feet. Its red hues still stained in the dusk light that streams out from the trees around. Piece by piece a tiny shed was erect that stands now. Playing Hawaiian tunes and creating a clean atmosphere. Smiling employees serving colorful icees and striking conversation. Enrique Salinas: The company’s CEO and founder, has worked alongside his family ever since 2019 to bring this experience to life. We have grown to learn so much, and since 2023 we have been operating as a full-fledged company staffed with over five part-time team members.
